Click a letter to find an animal or view all.  DROH took such good care of these little babies. Nina came to us super heathy and with good human and other-dog socialization. She was already on her heartworm preventive and just as happy a baby as she could be. She also had been introduced to house training.
Since living in our house, Nina has fit right in. We did a good introduction with our other dog, and after a week of skepticism from my other dog, Ruby, they now run around and play and chase each other until one or the other one tires out.
We couldn't be happier with our rescue experience, and with Dachshund Rescue of Houston. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this little angel into our lives. We may have rescued her, but she definitely rescued us. :)
