Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted. We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Nora was found abandoned in Texas City along with a dog buddy. She has been enjoying the personal care a home gives. She came into DRoH a few pounds overweight, but is quickly shedding the weight with proper nutrition and exercise. Nora enjoys being outside and is good on a leash. She has been timid around her foster Dad, but seems to be slowly gaining her confidence. Her hair has been improving with proper care and has an interesting brown sheen to it.
Nora has a sweet disposition and the only time she makes her presence known is when it is time to get up and let her out of her crate! She enjoys being around her foster sister and would probably do well with other dogs as well.
