Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

What a precious tiny (8 lbs) young (1 yr) pup! How she ended up in a shelter is a real mystery. She's getting all her necessary vetting complete and learning about fabulous DRoH homes that adore rescued dachshunds.  She's learning about crates and soft beds, pottying outside and walking casually on leash. She's got a yard to romp around in and shortly will start pool training so that she's aware of exits on her foster family's pool.
