What a great dog!!!! Did you know that GiGi is an Olympic level snuggler? It’s true! She also holds the Guinness World Record for the MOST love per cubic inch of any dog, ever. She has a beautiful, classic black and tan coat, and a effervescent demeanor. GiGi gets along well with her foster brothers, but she is mostly concerned about her people. She wants to be wherever her people are and wants to be as close as possible. If your necks aren’t touching, that’s too far away. We’re working on understanding personal space. GiGi will kennel on command, and is accepting the fact that sometimes you need to close a door, but she will be directly on the other side, as soon as you open it. She does fine with taking naps during the day, and rarely interrupts her parents’ zoom meetings. She’s a smart dog, and picks up on things quickly….. when she wants to. She is an expert at using the dog door. She outsmarted one of the baby gates, restricting her house access. She figured out where her foster brother hides his bones, but she’s good at sharing. Gigi is 93% amazing, and is making progress on the other 7%.She very recently had a litter, and is still adjusting to her surroundings. She does have a fair bit of separation anxiety. That makes learning some of the rules of the house take a little longer. She mostly sleeps through the night, but she needs to be able to check on her people, AND make sure her foster brothers are ok. She will go outside when you tell her, or when her brothers are barking, but she prefers if you go outside with her. She no longer requires that you hand feed her, but she DOES like to sit in your lap when she eats. Gigi is extremely gentle and would fit in well with a house with children or other dogs. Every day, Gigi does something to surprise us. Every day, she does something to make us laugh. She has been joyful addition to our home, and would love to share her love, with you.
