Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

If you're looking for a lap dog, then she's it! She's adjusting very well to being on a schedule and her new foster brothers.
She prefers to be where you are, or even better in your lap or napping with you.
She's the a great walker on a leash but lots of things are new to her (like trash cans amd fire hydrants) and she's not too sure about them at first.
Greets all people and other dogs well. Doesn't bark or put up a fuss. She's a little cautious at first (which is understandable given its her first few days here).
She is not food or toy aggressive at all. Actually she doesn't care much for toys (that we've discovered yet).
She will wimper when she's looking for you or wants picked up.
She's a dream with the dog door and following her foster brothers outside. If no doggy door, she will need a schedule to follow (at first until she gets a lay of the land).
She will fuss for a few minutes in her crate at night but settles down quickly (crates might be new to her). Prefers to sleep in the same room with foster brothers and doesn't fuss at all!
She is a jumper, so teaching her not to jump onto furniture or taught to go up a doggie ramp to help protect her back will be needed. She very good at listening!
She will give lots of kisses if you let her
