This sweet boy was a true save. He was scheduled for euthanasia, but DRoH stepped in to change his fate. Here's the note on his shelter file: RESCUE NEEDED, if no rescue, will be euthanized. Information from Milo's Foster Family: Milo is a calm dog and enjoys a calm environment as well. He enjoys long naps in his crate and chest scratches from his human. He will need someone who is patient, as a new environment will take a couple of days for him to settle in and he is slightly hard on hearing and sight. He gets around well; avoiding obstacles (minus his need to always step in his water bowl) is easy for him and he understands "do you want to potty?" Milo will need someone to keep track of his weight and not give in to the peer pressure of offering human food (which his foster mom has noticed he is 100x more interested in than kibble). He has no aggressive bone in his body, does well with other dogs & people, but does get nervous meeting others. Can you find it in your heart to allow him to complete his journey with your family? There is no more appreciative dog than a rescue dog.
