Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Meet Patches, a sweet and affectionate little lady who loves to be loved. She gets so excited for belly rubs and attention she can barely contain herself. Patches is a little fluffy, so needs a new family who will feed her responsibly and ensure she gets some exercise to get her back in tip-top shape. She is working on her house training; the first few days in her foster home were new and different but she is getting much better since she found the doggy door all by herself. She eats enthusiastically and even sings for her supper, but is picky about treats. Patches has expressed her strong preference for being put in the people bed at bedtime and sleeps soundly all night. She has not yet mastered the doggy stairs to get there by herself, but she does use the step to get herself onto the people sofa. She gets along great with her foster sisters and would really enjoy a playmate.
