Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Revi Patriot is a boy that is full of love for life! He is constantly on the go and looking to explore. He’s the best pup his foster Dad has ever had about going into the crate at bed time or if he’s been naughty. He has an excellent appetite and is learning to walk well on the leash.

Rev’s favorite time is sofa time in someone’s lap…not his head, his whole body in a lap! He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys stealing his foster brother’s toys and being chased. He seems to understand he is #2 in the home hierarchy but is willing to put up with being fussed at to get human attention. He doesn’t like to be alone but will sit on a pad and watch his foster Dad cook or clean.

He goes in his crate at bedtime in anticipation of a treat and moans for a bit when he realizes he is not going to the bedroom to sleep. He sleeps through the night without a peep and is eager to see everyone in the morning.

Revi has been making good strides in his housetraining, but still depends on his foster Dad to take him outside to do his business. He has an amazing ability to vertically leap so care needs to be taken to prevent him from going where he shouldn’t.

He’s such a handsome young man with a white spot on his head and one to match on the tip of his tail. He would be best with a family that is active and spends lots of time outdoors. He loves chasing squirrels and butterflies or just running around the yard. If you need him to chill all it takes is a chew bone and he’s one happy guy.

He’s going to make someone a wonderful companion!
