Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

I'm a spoiled 8 y/o adult and my foster mom hugs me and cares about me when I am afraid of the fireworks and thunder. I love to chase cats but I have to be on a leash because I like to run away. I really do not like the crate but I stay in it when everybody is sleeping and I'm in the same room that my foster parents. I like to snuggle in the bed with my foster sister, sometimes I growl at her because she is annoying if I have fun running in the house . I think she is jealous. I get along with the 9 y/o human  I sit next to while he is playing legos and video games. I like to fetch the toys he throws and he hugs me if I'm crying because I miss my family. I cry when I want to go outside to poop and pee. I like the foster family but my favorite is Dad,  He  takes me for a walk twice a day and I' m fine with that. I like bananas and  thin baby carrots, hard snacks are not my favorites. I am doing fine but I am attached to Dad if he is not around.
