Please note:  Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted before going public .  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Little Miss Casey is as sweet as can be.​ She's a little shy and can be skittish in new situations, but once she warms up is extremely sweet and eager to please.​ When she's nervous she shakes, not to be confused with being cold, but will soon stop shaking and wag her tail once she's comfortable.​ Casey responds well when called, loves to cuddle and gets a long well with all of her foster brothers and sisters.​ Her foster brother and sister range in ages from age 3 all the way to age 16, and she is gentle and playful with everyone.​ She's vocal when everyone else is, and can sometimes be a little territorial if she's too comfortable and feels like you are going to disturb her nap!​ ​ She's been great my teenage son, as well as my 9 year old twins.​ She's independent and can sleep in the crate without whining, but would of course prefer to snuggle with you in your bed if given the opportunity!​
