Shorty is only 1 year old but already has lots of adventures under his belt! He's used to sleeping under the stars but is quickly getting used to a comfy bed and blanket.  He is curious and likes to explore, especially with his brother Stan.  He is slowly learning to trust humans and thinks his most important job is to be the best big brother ever and protect Stan.  He loves napping and could spend most of the day sleeping.  He is mostly potty trained and likes to be in the backyard where he can roam free.  Loud, scary noises or thunderstorms make him nervous, and sometimes he likes to hide to get away from them.  His favorite treat is when his foster mom cooks fresh chicken gizzards for him.  He is looking for a home with someone who is loving and patient and can give him time to adjust to a forever home.
