Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Isabella is a true sweetheart. She loves to snuggle and cuddle on the couch. She will literally lay in your arms like a baby. She is potty trained and uses the doggy door to go outside. She can get excited when you come home, and sometimes has a bit of excited peeing, but that's just cause she's so happy to see you. She hasn't shown much interest in toys, instead preferring to chew on a rawhide bone, or just lay with you and watch TV. She enjoys the company of her two foster brothers and would likely get along well with any other dogs. She has been around children and is very tolerant. She would make a great family dog. Isabella was well taken care of in her prior life and is very healthy. She is a pure bred lady and has a beautiful dark black coat with unique oreo markings on her belly and legs. She is pretty quiet unless of course she sees a squirrel or something exciting outside that requires her attention. She stays in a crate during the day and sleeps in one at night, but she could also be trusted to remain free in the house. She's a young dog still but past the destructive stage. Her pictures don't do her justice, so make sure you meet this sweet girl in person to really see for yourself what a beautiful addition she would make to your family.
