Steve is a wonderful dog! He is sweet, affectionate, well mannered, and loves everyone! He is timid at first and will bark when new people arrive, but once he realizes that there is no threat he turns into a giant cuddle bug. He loves to lounge in bed with his people and almost always has a toy with him. He loves his kennel and happily stays in the kennel while I am at work, etc. He is not a big fan of the outdoors and prefers to do his business outside and then come straight back in. He does like walks though! He is a slow eater and is not food aggressive. He is good with his foster brothers, but does not like to share his toys. He is a submissive pee-er, which is getting better and I think will resolve over time once he is in a stable, loving environment. He does enjoy chasing my cats, but once I tell him 'No' he comes trotting back over to me. He does know to sit and is working on laying down. He is a happy, sweet boy who can't wait to have his forever home!
