Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Kara is a happy playful short haired black and tan dachshund. She loves to clown around with her foster brother and sister while playing with all the dog toys she can get her paws on. Kara enjoys going for a walk and spending time outside. Her favorite thing is to curl up in a warm secure lap and take a nice nap. Kara will make a wonderful companion to a very lucky forever owner.
