Please note:  Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted before going public .  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Hank is best described as  gentle giant.  After a rough start and surgery to remove a stick lodged up in the roof of his mouth, he is finally home and getting all the love and petting he deserves. He is a not very vocal and waits to be invited up on the couch.  I have never had a dog like this! Of course once he is up he is all about snuggling and loving.   He is an alert dog who is not only great on a leash but great in a crate.  He would love a relaxed family who wants to give lots of love to a deserving dog.
