My name is Stevie, and when I first got to DROH, I looked like a complete mess. I was not given the proper beauty treatments I deserved, and that made my skin and coat look really bad. The shelter found me and quickly called DROH. It's been pure luxury ever since. I am starting to look like my old self again -- a thin, taller, curly haired, dark eyed, wirehair mix.  I am gentle, affectionate and well behaved. I LOVE to play with my foster siblings and the many toys at the house. If I have to be home alone all day, it would be a good idea for you to take me on a nice walk in the evening, or give me lots of play time. I've got a lot of energy to burn. But don't worry, I can also lounge around and sleep taking full advantage of finally being taken care of. I do awesome in a crate during the day and at night. But I also love being with my foster family - humans and dogs. I'm a lap dog and love snuggling. I'm fully potty trained and use a doggy door with ease. I also enjoy walks on leash, and although I get really excited by so many amazing things to see in this world, I will mind you when you tell me to focus on walking rather than exploring. I am intelligent and listen when told to sit and wait, but I get so excited to see you that I do still jump up, but I'm trying really hard to control that. 

I really have no idea how I ended up in such a sorry state, but thankfully those days are far behind me. I hope you will see the beauty inside and outside of me, and will give me a life of love and attention, because I will definitely give you every ounce of love in my little body.
